This top fits perfectly on my 88 Samurai and looks just as good as the OEM. While installing it I did have one of the buckles on the back strap actually snap in half but I'm not going to directly fault the product as I was installing it in freezing temps and I probably put more force on it than was intended.... even after that I was still able to feed the strap through the top half of the buckle and use it just like normal. There isn't a need to spend the extra money on a more "brand name" option as this one works just as well as any of them (this is the 3rd top I've bought for a Samurai).
