ECCO Men's Soft 8 High Top Fashion Sneakers - Comfortable Leather Walking Shoes for Casual Wear & Outdoor Activities

I love these boots. One problem, I’ve ordered other colors in these exact same boots and they all came with another set of laces. These did not! Most likely whomever previously ordered and returned them decided to keep the second pair of laces. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it might be for someone else.After much searching and consideration, I chose these Ecco soft 8 high tops. After a couple weeks of active, daily use walking and cycling (on and off the job), I am deeply pleased with the versatile style, build quality and comfort. I have since recommended this brand and exact model to others. One caution in choosing this shoe is that they are sized unusually large, at least in translation to US sizing (where I range from men's 7 to 8), in the Ecco the EU size 39 I have is translated inside the shoe to a US 5.Very nice Disign and qualityOne of the better pairs of Ecco High Tops I've owned. Squishy comfy. Squeaks on floors at first but that wears out. I feel like these run about a half size (maybe a bit more) big but most Ecco buyers know that is the case, especially with the men's sneaks. The leather is more resistant than the comfort 7 and this doesn't have the ankle notch of the 7, which I prefer. Easier to lace and put on than the 7. Slightly stiffer leather but still ridiculously comfortable.This pair of sneaker is soft, with color of blue. The leather is of good quality. It is made with fine technique, as other Ecco shoes. The arch is flat, and so is the sole, so the support is not very strong.These sneakers fit perfectly right out of the box. They are very comfy and don't require any break-in period just like all Ecco's I had (about a dozen). They also look sharp in this color combination and I already got some compliments on them. The only minor drawback is the sole - it's not for slippery surfaces so don't even try wearing these on black ice ))It's a bit large but I like the extra room for my toes that it won't hurt at the end of the day wearing it for 10 hours at work. Will recommend a size smaller if you want the exact fit.
