The water resistant material feels sturdy and soft to the touch. It's not a tight fit, just how I prefer it. I have relatively broad shoulders and this jacket is just terribly too narrow for me. Apart from the really tight shoulder fit, your arms won't be freed up either. If you move around your arms, bend them, flail them like a normal, and sane person, you don't really have much freedom to do so. They feel constricted and held back. Though the fit for the shoulders and arms are narrow, the designers tried to compensate it by widening the hip circumference. I guess they're trying to hype up a new fad of ''Pear Shaped Jackets For Men'', which, unfortunately, is not my liking. With this jacket, I ordered the same size and it was really tight. In order to fit you should be "slim dude". Returned.Definitely a bit bigger than expected. Could use elastic on the wrists so they aren’t so huge.
