Reaches the hard to get to back teeth.Not a compact head..the head is skinny but long. Bristles are very soft.I was introduced to these toothbrushes by my dentist. I needed a very soft brush, and these Slimsoft brushes are the softest you can get. The ones you buy in stores that say "Xtra Soft" or "Ultra Soft" aren't actually soft. Slimsoft brushes are very soft, soft enough that you don't have to loosen the bristles up with hot water first. The handle is ergonomic and is much easier to hold onto when it gets wet with toothpaste and water; this is especially useful for folks like me who have aging hands with a little arthritis and have a difficult time manipulating a regular brush. You won't find these in stores because they're only sold to dentist offices. It's the only brush I use now.Like the slimness and softness. Used to brush teeth.. mouth very sensitive due to past mouth surgeryI will never use any other kind of toothbrush again! I am able to reach places I before had difficulty reaching. My gums are now looking healthier than before I switched to these toothbrushes, after receiving one from my Dental Hygienist. I highly recommend.I had some dental work done a while back and the dentist gave me one of these brushes to use until everything healed.. It is softer than the soft brushes you buy at the store, but has lots of really fine bristles, which I find work really better on the teeth. Also if you have any sensitive issues in your mouth, this will not irritate things.I really like these toothbrushes.The toothbrush has an easy-grip handle (though it is slim, you can still hold the rubberized stem easily).The soft, dense bristles help clean my back teeth well.
