Soft Leather Baby and Toddler SandalsOur Sandals are made using breathable leather and so perfect for keeping little feet cool when it is warm outside. The suede sole is slip resistant making them the ideal fist shoes for babies and toddlers who are finding their feet. The soft leather upper is flexible enough for developing feet and protects them while crawling and cruising. The breathable design is perfect for keeping feet cool and is made using baby safe leather. All Dotty Fish shoes and sandals have an elasticated ankle trim so they fit well and are comfortable to wear but don’t keep coming off wriggly feet, so no more lost socks and shoes. We recommend cleaning your Dotty Fish shoes with a damp sponge using a mild detergent if needed. Once you have cleaned your shoes, you must leave them to air dry completely. Suede soles can be cleaned using a suede brush. Not suitable for machine washing. Get the right fit for your child’s feet by following our step by step guide shows you how to do this. Step 1: Place a piece of paper on a hard floor surface and tape it down so it doesn’t move. Step 2: Ask your child to stand on the paper or gently place their foot on the paper. Step 3: Mark off the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe using your pencil. Make sure your child’s foot hasn’t moved between markings. Step 4: As both feet may be slightly different sizes, repeat this for the other foot. Step 5: Measure the distance between the two marks. Make a note of this and then use the biggest foot measurement as the one you use when choosing which size to buy. Step 6: On our size guide within the product images you will find your measurement in cm, use this to order the correct size for your child.

Love these shoes but I did return the first pair to size down. They run a little big. I love them so much I will be ordering again!They served their purpose. They are good for new walkers, breath and have plenty of room. But they bled and stained my baby's feetThese shoes are so cute, comfy, and easy to put on and wear. But after only a few uses, the blue is scratched off on one shoe. I love how my toddler looks in them though!We have bought these in the past for our other children and loved them. They always fit great, and are the only shoes that actually stay on my baby’s feet. Happy with another pair.I bought 6-12 for my big 11 month old and they fit perfectly. The best feature is that they actually stay on unlike several other pairs we've tried. We're a barefoot family but she's just starting to walk and I wanted something to protect her feet when we're outside. The soft sole does just that without restricting her movement. Overall very happy with this purchase.They were perfectThese shoes are cute, easy to get on and off, and my 1 yr old seems comfortable in them. However, after about a week of wear they started unraveling at the seams. We’ve continued to wear these shoes and they now have a hole at the toe. We’ve purchased cheaper leather soft sole shoes which have been worn much more often and have held up pretty well compared to these more expensive shoes. Not sure if we got a defective pair or not. Would not spend the money on these again.Overall, I am happy with these shoes. They do run very big- I ordered the 6-12month size based on reviews and they fit my 17month old son with a little room to grow if they last that long. The upper is soft leather and the soles are suede. My son's been wearing them several times a week for the last 3 weeks and the fronts are already pretty scuffed up. Hopefully they last through the summer. However, they seem very comfortable and flexible, let my son's feet feel natural and barefoot while protecting his feet.Auf den ersten Blick wirken die Schuhe sehr schön. Sie sind weich und bequem. Leider hat sich das Leder sehr schnell abgenutzt, sie wurden 4 Wochen lang im Wechsel mit einem anderen Paar Krabbelschuhe getragen und nach 3 Wochen waren mehrere Löcher drin. Das wäre mir noch 4 Sterne wert gewesen.Heute jedoch der absolute Horror: Mein Kind ist in eine Pfütze getreten. Als ich die Schuhe ausgezogen habe, war der Fuß komplett schwarz! Lediglich unterm Fuß war nichts, da ist das Leder aber auch nicht gefärbt. Ich habe die Füße kräftig mit Wasser und Seife geschrubbt, leider sind sie immer noch grau. Ich schicke sie sofort zurück, da lasse ich mein Kind lieber barfuß laufen!Awful design! As you can see in the pictures, they arrived flimsy and creased. The most upsetting thing about these shoes are the white elastic bands which don’t show in the product advertisement. After only a few seconds of trying them on, my 8 month old daughter had red lines across her feet where the elastic was pressing into her feet. Terrible and dangerous for babies skin and circulation!The elastic is very tight and hurt my baby’s feet (should have listened to another review!) whilst the shoe as a whole is way too large (though she’s 11 months, not 12 yet). Would not recommend until they sort the elastic bit out, as in general the shoes are cute and the material of good quality.12-18 month size fits my 13 month old well, with some room for growth. Stay on well, don't hinder walking like stiff shoes do, great for him to practice newly developed waddling skills on 'safe' surfaces, he's worn them in the park, indoors, on pavements etc. Very pleased, thanks! Incidentally his pre-walker shoes from gap and John Lewis were also size 12-18 months, and he outgrew them at 12 months, so wonder if these dotty fish ones are bigger than UK sized pre walker shoes... Worth measuring before purchase!I was so disappointed the minute I laid eyes on the shoes and it made my daughters feet’s red after seconds of wearing it, the way the elastic is tightened it’s nothing like prescribed and can easily hurt babies delicate skin.. These shoes should be put one dolls not babies!
